Requested subpoena policy from LowerMyBills.com
They never wrote back to my request for payment for the comment spam, and it’s rather obvious that lowermybills.com either doesn’t have a no-spam policy or doesn’t enforce it. PROFITS rule.
Ameriquest gets leads from LowerMyBills.com, so this is relevant for that suit too.
The scammers utilize spammers to find their victims.
Also just checked both spammed URLS and they’re still active, it’s rather obvious that lowermybills.com doesn’t mind spamming and unlawful advertising by their affiliates.
