I still can’t believe that Hyatt had the nerve to lie about my “registration.”
Below is my complaint to the FCC.

Re: Request for Citation of Keith Hyatt and Infasource, Inc. for sending Unsolicited Faxes for Mortgage Lead Generation in violation of the TCPA
To Whom It May Concern:
I have been receiving unsolicited faxes from Keith Hyatt, owner Infasource, Inc. I filed suit in Kingman, AZ, Superior Court, CIV–04-915 and I am enclosing a copy of the Hyatt & Infasource 3/14/05 motion to dismiss, exhibits and affidavit as well as my 4/4/05 response, exhibits and affidavit.
Please note my exhibits D, the junk faxes, and Hyatt’s affidavit at 9. He falsely claimed that I had “registered” my fax # and that I failed to “cancel” my registration – apparently in a very absurd attempt to evade TCPA liability.
Obviously, nobody in their right mind would register for Hyatt’s junk faxes.
However, because Hyatt’s junk faxes do not comply with the TCPA requirement for identification of the business on his junk faxes and his call center employees refused to disclose the business name (they answered the phones as “customer service”), I called *after* I received the faxes and I had to pretend to be interested in obtaining a mortgage to be transferred to a lead purchaser.
At no time did I request junk faxes from Hyatt or his employees, nor did they request my fax number.
Ms. Archer, one of the lead buyers, eventually disclosed that Hyatt procured the leads and that’s how I was able to finally serve him.
Keith Hyatt and his attorneys are liars, as I stated in my filings, and fortunately I recorded the calls.
Their despicable conduct proves once again that the requirement for written permission is necessary to ensure that junk faxers can be successfully sued for TCPA violations.
Please issue a citation against Keith Hyatt and his company Infasource, Inc., located at 2171 Campus Drive Suite 250, Irvine, CA 92614 as per the CA SOS website.
While Hyatt had my number deleted from his junk fax list, readers have reported that they still receive Hyatt’s mortgage junk faxes and he apparently does not intend to comply with the TCPA.
While my own complaint may be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction, I hope an FCC Citation will get Mr. Hyatt to stop the junk faxing.
I greatly appreciate your attention to this matter.
