10/1/09: Jeremiah Hand (Wellstone Filters) legal threats

He demanded removal of "all references" to him, Wellstone, Carla Hand, Jehu Hand, Anthony Cerami and anyone associated with Wellstone.

Health One, Inc. - Nationwide Benefits Association - Med One

They apparently operate out of NJ, the only state to charge for corporate info.  I guess they’re proud of their reputation of being a very corrupt state and they want to attract those scamming corporations.

The state of NJ hasn’t responded to my e-mails, asking which report I need to order.  Figures.  They must be really worried about losing a corporate license fee.

The domain http://healthoneusa.com/ has no office address and it’s a private registration.

I submitted the form at the website for more info to be mailed. Then I tried the links at

“NWBA Concept”, “How it Works” and “Provider Search” and all got me 404s.

All the signs of FRAUD are present.

If anyone knows who Health One aka Nationwide Benefits Association is, please let me know.  I have yet to contact them to see if they want to settle.

37 days ago my family/ friends signed up with a policy from NationWide Benefits Association the only address that I have is P O Box 421169 Houston, TX 77242-1395. They have drafted out the initial policy 37 days ago and another one is due to be taken out this month but I have yet to get my member packet, I have been given the run around for 2 weeks now. I've heard everything from it was mailed out un Jan.13 to they have just recieved the info and they will print it but it will take "about a day for the ink to dry" and I should have it within 2 weeks. Do you please have any info on this company? We have referred other people to them that have already gotten their policy/ card and actually used them, I just dont understand the hold up. Thanks.

To Larry: I looked at your site, if I had more money I'd have some work for you.

I haven't had ANY time at all to look into the these health plan frauds, but just requested an extension and hopefully I'll get a couple more months to serve them and I'll definitely contact you about this once I catch up with all the other stuff.

To N. Lewis: I don't understand why you didn't buy REAL health insurance instead. What is the BENEFIT of this "policy"?

I thought that this is NOT insurance, am I missing something?

I have been considering purchasing medical discount program from Nationwide Benefits Association but can't find any information on them other that what is on the website. Could anyone give me information about this organization?

Nationwide Benefits Association telemarketer took my information and upon the recorded "verification" and told him I was not interested because of the $90 fee. The next business day $189 was STOLEN from my checking account! I have faxed in their required information and I still wait for any form of feedback! DAMN I guess I've been SCAMMED! If there is a list of businesses I can report this too please forward it.

Make sure you submit your WRITTEN fraud complaint to your bank - they have to refund.

I have been trying to contact anyone at HealthOne Family Benefit Plans regarding the $129 that is taken out of our account on a monthly basis. The web site is private and the phone numbers that I have are not working numbers. I have attempted to stop the auto drafts and my bank is even stumped as to how they continue to access our account. I am being forced to close our account that we have had for 9 years and reopen a different account. I want all our money back and need some help has to the process I need to follow. Any suggestions? The back of the card has an address in Houston Texas.

I don't think you should have to close your account. what reason does your bank provide for refusing your instructions not to stop these payments?

Additionally, complain to your state insurance dept -- do a search here for Health One, or click on the "Health One" link with my posting for more info.

They're bad news and facing numerous law suits and regulatory actions.
