I understand you were unwilling to resolve the matter with the service company we had used for the Fax delivery. Once you provide us with your fax number we will take all necessary steps to ensure we do not fax to that number again, which is the issue here. We are not prepared to meet your other demands, since a resolution on stopping the faxes should resolve your concerns.

What a lying scumbag. I ought to go through our recorded calls and get some excerpts ready for the web.
Here is my response:
“Mr. Iles,
The junk fax itself states in the header that it was faxed from the “Four Seasons Whistler”, see http://fight-back.us/forum/index.php?showtopic=631 Under US law, the Four Seasons is liable for the fax regardless of who did the faxing as it is the advertiser and I *will* hold the Four Seasons liable in court, in an individual suit or preferably as party to a class action.
The Four Seasons is obviously not willing to stop junk faxing unless subjected to major legal action. I find your conduct deplorable, still can’t believe that the Four Seasons is such a scummy lying outfit. Mr. Iles, you sure deceived me into believing your promises of wanting to settle. I have no obligation to deal with nor any legal right to sue It’s the Fax - the company you allegedly purchased my number from.
I will NOT allow the Four Seasons Hotels to continue junk faxing and merely remove my fax numbers.
Would you like me to list you as contact for Four Seasons in my press release or do you have someone else you prefer to have listed as contact?
