NCLC FDCPA and FCRA pleadings and resources on the web

I just ordered the 2010 FDCPA update at the National Consumer Law Center for only $56. If you haven’t previously purchased the manuals and you’re suing creditors or collectors, it’s WELL worth the $150 for the FDCPA manual and the $150 for the FCRA manual.

The NCLC also has manuals on foreclosures, loan modifications and many other consumer law related topics.

For internet resources, check out Consumer Law on the Web

It shows the price as only $240, but I don’t know if that’s discounted due to my membership.  That’s the complete library of ALL subjects and includes many sample pleadings.  If you are going to represent yourself in court, that’s a MUST have.

And as long time readers know, there’s a REASON I ordered the FDCPA update.  Stay tuned ...
